I recently visited Mikey with a lower back issue, specifically a herniated L5 disc. He conducted a thorough assessment and found that one of my hips was unevenly aligned, possibly contributing to the issue. Mikey created a personalized exercise routine to help correct the hip alignment, and the follow-up appointment was excellent he gave me more exercises to help strengthen and improve the hip, he was fantastic. I highly recommend his services.

I really recommend FCE Scan. I went to FCE Scan due to hip and pelvis pain and Mikey conducted some scans in which he saw the root cause of that. Then he show me and taught me a series of exercises to fix the issue. He is very professional and cares a lot for your well-being.

FCE Scan is a wonderful service where one can get professional and very helpful advice how to fix their own chronic injuries. I highly recommend it to anybody struggling with pain in joints or muscles or with any kind of postural imbalance.

Brought my 13 year old daughter to Mikey in FCE Scan in Dublin. Absolutely brilliant service. Finally got to the root cause of my daughters pain. Results available immediately with exercises shared to address the issue. Mikey was lovely to deal with, very informative, approachable and made my daughter feel heard, safe and comfortable during the scan. Excellent service. Thank you Mikey! Highly recommend!

Went and got the fce scan done by Mikey and it was probably the best thing I done in my recovery from fracturing my hip he was super helpful-as a runner it was really good to see everything from my pelvis and back to my feet to understand everything better-really made the recovery a lot better and faster

I went to FCE Scan in November, somewhat sceptical but feeling like neither my regular physio nor I was able to identify the various factors that was making my body feel out of alignment. The scans and diagnosis pinpointed the complex factors at play and it was amazing with immediate images and data to see what was actually going on. The strength/flex training programme prescribed was spot on and the follow up sessions with Mikey - have been top class. My body is now much more balanced and aligned and I feel stronger. In time the programme will just integrate with my workout routine.

Had recurring (lower) back pain since returning from a holiday in September 2025 and with no sign of it improving in the new year, I decided to get help. Found FCE Scan on google and arranged an appointment with Mikey. Very professional setup and after an examination, Mikey suggested exercises and actions to take. A few weeks of consistently doing those exercises and my back feels normal again and I even started back to the gym. I would happily recommend FCE Scan and Mikey.

Magic, seriously Mikey I have been to doctors, physios, chiropractor( I would never go to them again, broke my neck and i got neck disc issue from that). I got lower spinal disc issue l4 l5. I couldn't sleep at night didn't matter where I face, i couldnt sit for long, forward bending was extremely limited due to pain. My life was hell. I went to FCE dublin and met Mikey, sound and knowledgeable lad. He listened to me thoroughly which other didn't, that already gave me some assurance that I am in good hands. I gave Mikey all details, we did the full scan plus i got the treatment done same day as I came from Shannon. Just one treatment which was exercises tailored to my issues like weak muscles in specific areas plus tightness, rotated middle spin vertebrates etc. After many months I finally had a good sleep with way way less pain(I saw 70 percent improvemen from just one session) . I can't wait to keep doing them exercises go back for another scan to see the improvements to My body. I highly highly recommend this place especially if you have lower back issues.
